Open Positions.

  • Part-Time Lead Teacher.


    As a Lead Teacher, you will plan and implement age-appropriate lessons, guide children in daily activities, and foster a faith-based learning environment. You will collaborate with parents and staff to meet each child’s needs and track developmental progress. This role is ideal for someone with experience or education in early childhood education and a genuine love for children.

    Requirements:
    - Background check/fingerprints in Johnson County
    - CPR training
    - Completion of an 18-hour online safety course

  • Part-Time Teacher Aide.


    As a Teacher Aide, you’ll assist the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom. Responsibilities include supporting daily activities, helping children with lessons, managing classroom materials, and supervising playtime. No formal education in early childhood is required. Training is provided on the job.

    Requirements:
    ‍ ‍ - Background check/fingerprints in Johnson County

    - Completion of an 18-hour online safety course
