We serve children 18 months to 5 years with flexible schedules for busy families, caring teachers you can trust, and faith-based learning woven into every day. Here, you'll inspire young hearts, grow professionally and make a difference every single day, as part of the community of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Olathe.

We are currently hiring for our 3s classroom and would love to have you start as soon as possible.

Part-Time Lead Teacher

3s Classroom

As Lead Teacher, you will guide our three-year-olds through a day full of play, discovery and faith, and create a classroom where every child feels safe, known and loved.

What you will do:

  • Plan and lead age-appropriate daily activities that build early literacy, math, motor and social skills through play

  • Weave Bible stories, songs and prayer into the rhythm of the day

  • Create a warm, safe and organized classroom environment

  • Observe and track each child's growth, and communicate regularly and positively with families

  • Guide and support the Teacher Aide in the classroom

  • Follow all licensing, health and safety guidelines

  • Partner with the preschool director and staff on events, programs and classroom needs

Part-Time Teacher Aide

3s Classroom

As Teacher Aide, you will be an extra set of helping hands (and an extra lap for story time!) in our 3s classroom, supporting the Lead Teacher and helping each day run smoothly.

What you will do:

  • Assist the Lead Teacher with daily activities, crafts, circle time and play

  • Help children with routines such as snack time, handwashing, bathroom breaks and transitions

  • Supervise children indoors and outdoors with safety as the top priority

  • Help prepare materials and keep the classroom clean and organized

  • Encourage kindness, sharing and good choices with patience and warmth
