Deaf Ministry.
Faith Without Barriers.
Redeemer Lutheran Church is proud to offer a welcoming Deaf Ministry for members of the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Our goal is to create a space where everyone can fully participate in worship, fellowship, and Bible study, regardless of hearing ability.
Weekly Deaf Service and Fellowship.
Deaf Ministry meets each week during the 11 a.m. worship service, where an interpreter is available to ensure full participation in the liturgy, sermons, and music. This allows members to experience worship alongside the broader congregation while accessing God’s Word in a meaningful way.
In addition, the Deaf Ministry hosts monthly gatherings on the third Sunday at 12 PM in the Fellowship Hall. These meetings include a potluck meal, Bible study, and opportunities to connect with other members of the community. Participants also attend Deaf conferences and workshops to deepen understanding and fellowship beyond the church walls.
Why Join Deaf Ministry?
This ministry is designed to ensure spiritual growth, community connection, and access to God’s Word. Members experience encouragement, meaningful relationships, and a chance to actively participate in all aspects of church life.
“Where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
— Matthew 18:20
